A very great store for most Asian pacific goods! You can find Japanese, Korean, Filipino, and I am sure many other products! It is a great way to get a small reminder of past vacations abroad without the full time commitment and expense!

If your idea of excitement is wandering fluorescent-lit aisles in search of existential meaning, Asian Pacific Market in Grand Rapids delivers itโ€”along with coconut leaves, three kinds of fish sauce, and the vague suspicion you're one wrong turn from discovering immortality via fermented tofu. This place is a glorious chaos emporium. Need durian that smells like gym socks marinated in regret? They've got it. Craving snacks so spicy they'll file a complaint with your ancestors? The ramen and chip aisles are basically a dare. I once spent twenty bewildered minutes comparing soy sauces like a sommelier, only to leave with mystery greens, lychee jelly, and enough mochi to build a small pillow fort. Each visit is a scavenger hunt, with every shelf offering a new culinary puzzle to solve. You'll marvel at the frozen foods section, where dumplings and bao buns beckon like treasure chests waiting to be opened. Even if you arrive with a shopping list, expect to leave with surprises you never knew you neededโ€”because here, the joy is in the discovery as much as the destination. On a bittersweet note, my last two visits revealed that staples like Goldilocks cakes and Muhlachโ€™s Ensaymada hav

I come from the east side and we have some fabulous Asian and Japanese grocery stores. This store had more than enough off of type of groceries we were looking for and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for the sake selection help! Peach ice cream was amazing.

A Hidden Gem for Asian Snacks & Ice Cream Lovers! Iโ€™m so glad I stopped by this Asian mart! I was beyond excited to find the viral Propitious mango ice cream here๐Ÿฅญโœจ. They also had a variety of other fruit-flavored ice creams that I hadnโ€™t seen anywhere else. I picked up a few and every single one was chefโ€™s kiss. If youโ€™re into tropical or Asian-style desserts, this place is a goldmine. I also tried some of the noodles they had, which are perfect for a quick meal or a cozy night in. The selection overall is impressive, from snacks to sauces and everything in between. The store was clean, well-stocked, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Iโ€™ll definitely be coming back to explore more of what they have.
